Assumption of Risk

I understand that using the swimming pool and other facilities at Sachu's Resort may involve certain risks, including injury, illness, or death, and I voluntarily assume those risks.

Health and Safety

• I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical condition that would make it unsafe for me to use the swimming pool or other resort facilities.
• I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by Sachu's Resort staff.

Supervision of Minors

I understand that minors (under 18 years of age) must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the swimming pool, and I take full responsibility for the safety and supervision of any minors accompanying me.

Use of Facilities

I agree to use the swimming pool and other facilities responsibly and to respect other guests. I understand that Resort management reserves the right to restrict access to the swimming pool and other facilities if these rules are not followed.

Liability Waiver

I release Sachu's Resort, its owners, staff, and agents from any liability claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any damage, injury, illness, or death while using the swimming pool or other resort facilities.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sachu's Resort, its owners, staff, and agents from any claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities arising from my use of the swimming pool or other resort facilities.

Guest Conduct Policy — Prohibited Items

Possession or use of illegal drugs, firearms, or other weapons anywhere on Sachu's Resort premises is strictly prohibited. I understand that if I, or any member of my party, am found in possession of or using such items, Sachu's Resort may take appropriate action, including immediate removal from the property without refund and reporting the matter to local law enforcement.

Late Check-out Charges

Check-out time is as specified at the time of booking. I understand that if I check out later than the agreed time without prior approval from the resort, additional late check-out charges will apply, as determined by Sachu's Resort.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of staying at Sachu's Resort.
